This 1960 Chrysler 300F convertible is finished in black over beige leather and is powered by a 413ci V8 paired with a three-speed automatic transmission. Features include a white convertible soft top, push-button transmission control, power steering, 14″ steel wheels, wide whitewall tires, a cross-ram intake with dual four-barrel carburetors, power windows, and a Golden-Touch AM radio. The car was acquired by the current owner in 2018, and recent service is said to have included rebuilding the carburetors, cleaning the radiator, and replacing the battery, fuel tank, and fuel lines as well as overhauling the brakes. This 300F Convertible is now offered on dealer consignment with service records and a Georgia registration.

The 300 letter series received annual styling updates beginning in 1956, and the fifth iteration was designated the 300F with a reported 248 convertibles built for the model year. This example is finished in black and features a white convertible top, quad headlamps, a fender-mounted mirror, tri-color 300F badging, and finned quarter panels. The selling dealer notes paint repairs on the driver-side upper fender and lower quarter panel. Paint chips and other blemishes in the finish are shown in the gallery.

Black 14″ steel wheels wear polished 300-branded covers and are mounted with H78-width Coker Classic whitewall tires that were reportedly installed in 2022. Power steering is installed, and braking is handled by four-wheel drums. Service in 2022 is said to have included replacing the master cylinder, wheel cylinders, brake lines, shoes, and parking brake. The parking brake release sticks.

The cabin features swiveling front seats and rear individual seats upholstered in beige leather along with matching door panels and black carpets. Equipment includes a Chrysler Golden Touch push-button AM radio, push-button transmission control, power-operated windows, a center console, and a cabin heater. The trunk liner is said to have been replaced.

The two-spoke steering wheel frames an AstraDome instrument cluster containing a 150-mph speedometer and gauges for amperage, fuel level, oil pressure, and coolant temperature. A 6k-rpm tachometer is housed in the center stack, and an aftermarket oil pressure gauge is mounted below the dash. The instrument lighting is said to have been recently replaced. The steering wheel is cracked. The five-digit mechanical odometer shows 48k miles, approximately 150 of which were added under current ownership.

The 413ci V8 features dual four-barrel carburetors on a cross-ram intake manifold and was factory rated at 375 horsepower and 495 lb-ft of torque. Recent service is said to have included rebuilding the carburetors, cleaning the radiator, and replacing the coolant hoses, battery, fuel tank, fuel lines, and sending unit as well as replacing the hood insulation.

Power is sent to the rear wheels through a three-speed TorqueFlite automatic transmission.

The car does not have a title, as it is registered in a state that does not issue titles for a vehicle of its age. It is being sold on its registration.
